1  |  Hals- und Mandelentzündung
 
Gerade im Herbst und Winter können Hals- und Mandelentzündungen entstehen. Entzündungen deuten sich meist durch Frösteln an. Wenn die Anfänge nicht behandelt werden, kann es zu grippalen Infekten kommen.
 
Das Entzündungsschema nach Dr. Schüßler ist in drei Phasen eingeteilt. Entsprechend wird es mit 3 Salzen therapiert. In Phase eins wird Nr. 3 Ferrum phosphoricum genommen.
 
Da eine beginnende Erkältung mit erhöhtem Stoffwechsel und gestörter Sauerstoffversorgung einhergeht, kann Salz Nr. 3 dem Körper helfen, die Abwehr in Gang zu bringen. Als Stoßtherapie alle 5 bis 10 Minuten eine Tablette Nr.3 Ferrum phosphoricum lutschen.
 
Bei herbstlichem Frösteln kann auch ein heißes Bad mit Nr. 3 Ferrum phosphoricum Linderung und Entspannung bringen. Dazu 20 Tabletten ins Badewasser geben.
 
2  |  Geschwollene Mandeln
 
Wenn das zweite Entzündungsstadium erreicht ist, verstärken sich die Symptome. Die Mandeln können anschwellen, die Schluckbeschwerden zunehmen. Auch weiße Ablagerungen an Mund- und Rachenschleimhaut sind möglich.
 
Hier hat sich offenbar die Behandlung mit Nr. 4 Kalium chloratum bewährt. Dieses Salz sorgt für freie Atemwege. Von ihm sollte jede Stunde eine Tablette eingenommen werden, bis eine Besserung eintritt, danach dreimal täglich 2 Tabletten.
 
3  |  Rachenentzündung
 
Wenn es einen doch richtig erwischt haben sollte, hilft in der dritten Phase Nr. 6 Kalium sulfuricum, damit der Infekt nicht chronisch wird. Der Hals tut weh, die Lymphknoten sind geschwollen, man ist heiser.
 
Bei einer schweren Mandelentzündung mit Fieber und starken Schluckbeschwerden sollte in jedem Fall ein Arzt aufgesucht werden. Die Kehlkopfschleimhaut und Stimmbändern können sich sonst auch entzünden.
 
Wenn eine Antibiotika-Therapie vom Arzt verordnet wurde, kann man bei Kehlkopfentzündung und Heiserkeit unterstützend mit Nr. 14 Kalium bromatum arbeiten. Nr. 11 Silicea wirkt einer chronischen Mandelentzündung entgegen.

Wenn die Nase ständig läuft, sollte man vor dem Griff zu einem Schüßler-Salz auf die Art der Beschwerden achten. Wenn sich Schnupfen-Symptome zeigen, wird empfohlen, bis zur Besserung alle paar Minuten eine Tablette Nr. 3 Ferrum phosphoricum einzunehmen.
 
Bei wundmachendem Fließschnupfen gilt die gleiche Dosis für das Salz Nr. 8 Natrium chloratum. Wenn das Nasensekret gelblich ist, soll Nr. 6 Kalium sulfuricum helfen, ist es weißlich, Nr. 4 Kalium chloratum.
 
Bei allen Schnupfenformen ist es auch möglich, die zum Salz passende Salbe mit einem Wattestäbchen auf die Nasenschleimhaut aufzutragen, das soll zusätzlich beruhigen.
 
Als Schnupfen-Prophylaxe kann von November bis April folgendes Salz-Duo dienen: Nr. 3 Ferrum phosphoricum und Nr. 5 Kalium phosphoricum im täglichen Wechsel nehmen. Dazu je 3 bis 5 Tabletten in heißem Wasser auflösen.
 
5  |  Verstopfte Nase
 
Wenn durch die Nase keine Luft mehr dringt, dann sind ein ausgetrockneter Mund und ein Druckgefühl im Kopf die Folgen. Die Nasenmuschel kann mit Hilfe von Nr. 4 Kalium chloratum und Nr. 8 Natrium chloratum abschwellen.
 
Bei trockenem Stockschnupfen wirkt ebenfalls Nr. 4 Kalium chloratum, hier jede halbe Stunde eine Tablette lutschen. Wenn der Schnupfen zum Dauergast wird, soll Nr. 24 Arsenum jodatum helfen.
 
6  |  Chronischer Schnupfen
 
Oft nimmt man Erkältungssymptome nicht ernst, und dann passiert es im Alltagsstress schnell, dass die Erkrankung verschleppt wird. Wenn Schnupfen und Nasennebenhöhlenentzündungen erstmal chronisch sind, wird man sie meist so schnell nicht wieder los.
 
Als Retter sollen sich offenbar die Salze Nr. 5 Kalium phosphoricum und Nr. 14 Kalium bromatum erwiesen haben. Bei einer chronischen Nasennebenhöhlenentzündung versprechen Nr. 11 Silicea und Nr. 12 Calcium sulfuricum Besserung.

Vor weit mehr als 100 Jahren machte Dr. Schüßler eine bahnbrechende Entdeckung: Krankheiten entstehen, wenn der Mineralstoffhaushalt der Zellen gestört ist.

Dr. Schüßler gründete seine Therapie auf insgesamt 12 Mineralsalze, die er als "Funktionsmittel" bezeichnete. Der Grund hierfür: Sie erfüllen wesentliche Funktionen in unserem Körper und sind geeignet, eine Vielzahl von Funktionsstörungen zu beseitigen.

Die DHU stellt die Funktionsmittel in den Potenzen D3, D6 und D12 her. In der nachfolgenden Übersicht haben wir die Mittel für Sie aufgelistet.

Dosierung

Die Tabletten

Erwachsene:
Bei akuten Beschwerden sollten Sie alle fünf Minuten eine Tablette bis zum Eintritt einer Besserung einnehmen. Zur nachfolgenden Behandlung oder in chronischen Fällen sollten 3-6-mal täglich 1-2 Tabletten eingenommen werden.

Kinder:
Kinder unter 12 Jahren erhalten bei akuten Beschwerden ein- bis zweistündlich eine Tablette. Zur nachfolgenden Behandlung oder in chronischen Fällen sollte 3-4-mal täglich eine Tablette eingenommen werden. 


Wichtig: Tabletten im Mund zergehen lassen
Sie sollten die Tabletten eine halbe Stunde vor oder nach dem Essen einnehmen und sie vorzugsweise langsam im Mund zergehen lassen. So können die Arzneistoffe ohne Umweg direkt über die Mundschleimheit aufgenommen werden. 


Ein spezieller Tipp: Manche mögen 's heiß
Und das ganz besonders mit dem Mineralsalz Nr.7, Magnesium phosphoricum. Hier hat sich eine andere Anwendungsweise bewährt, die besonders schnell und intensiv wirkt: die sogenannte "Heiße Sieben". Hierzu lösen Sie zehn Magnesium phosphoricum Tabletten in heißem Wasser auf. Anschließend trinken Sie die Lösung möglichst warm und in kleinen Schlucken. Zwar hat sich diese Einnahmeweise speziell bei der Nr.7 bewährt, aber auch die anderen Salze können durchaus auf diese Weise verabreicht werden. 

Die Salben

Die Salben sind für die äußerliche Anwendung bestimmt und sollten 1-2-mal täglich dünn aufgetragen und leicht einmassiert werden.

Im Zweifelsfall: Fragen Sie Ihren Therapeuten
Die Mineralsalztherapie nach Dr. Schüßler ist zur Selbstbehandlung gut geeignet. Bei länger anhaltenden Gesundheitsstörungen oder bei Ausbleiben einer Besserung sollten Sie aber unbedingt Rat und Hilfe eines Therapeuten in Anspruch nehmen. Das gilt natürlich auch für schwere Organerkrankungen, heftige fieberhafte Prozesse, ansteckende Krankheiten u.a. Hier hat die Mineralsalztherapie ihre naturgemäßen Grenzen.
